Dr. Tyler DiGiovanni, founder and owner of Elevate Chiropractic and Wellness, is a Monmouth County native — raised in Howell (Class of 2016), where he excelled as a varsity athlete in both soccer and lacrosse.

Following high school, Dr. Tyler pursued higher education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2020, before continuing his academic journey at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. There, Dr. Tyler honed his skills and graduated cum laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2024.

Dr. Tyler’s approach to chiropractic care is comprehensive and patient-focused, specializing in identifying the root causes of pain and employing a combination of active release pin-and-stretch muscle techniques, alongside chiropractic adjustments and supportive modalities such as cupping, muscle scraping, axial traction, and spinal decompression. His methodology is designed to enhance his patients’ mobility, stability, and strength so they can live optimally everyday.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Tyler is an avid CrossFit enthusiast, enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and follows his love for sports by watching football and UFC. He holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reflecting his commitment to physical fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
